Our team is available to research, outline or develop and write scripts to give you choices on where to take your project. We can assist with location scouting, casting actors or voice over professionals, hair and make-up and more.
We offer comprehensive camera and lighting options, shooting on a range of cameras from the brand new Sony A7SIII to digital cinema cameras, such as the Sony FS7, in high 4K resolution. We can also hire in a RED Gemini cinema camera if your project requires this.
Using the Atomos Ninja V, we are able to shoot high dynamic range, which refers to the range of which our cameras can successfully capture the lightest and darkest areas of an image without losing detail.
Additionally, our cinematographers can be hired as freelancers to support a project.
Post-production is where the magic happens. Where you see the story you worked so hard on come to life in front of you.
Editing is storytelling. Editing is setting the tone. It’s knowing when to speed things up and when to breathe.
It’s building, cutting, pacing and trimming. Editing is creating signposts for your audience so that they clearly understand you and your message.
We currently have 2 editing bays all equipped with Adobe Premiere. These stations are all also equipped with a number of additional edit plugins that can do anything from stabilising footage to reducing noise.
There are a huge number of creative approaches we can take when it comes to a product video production. Our creative team will develop ideas that meet your key marketing and brand objectives.
Setting your product video in ‘real world’ context or a more abstract ‘virtual environment’ will achieve different things. We can shoot on location in a ‘lifestyle’ setting that helps make product benefits tangible. Alternatively you could opt for a green screen or studio shoot, which gives you the flexibility to introduce different backdrops, animation, text and motion graphics.
Presenters and Voice Over Artists
It’s often important to humanise your product video. This can be achieved by using a presenter or voice-over narrator. Casting is key in getting the right tone for your video and brand. A presenter is an engaging means of guiding the viewer through product features and benefits in a natural and easy to follow way.
We dig deeper and look wider at your marketing objectives so we know really understand how the video needs to serve you best. This planning stage and the insight it provides is crucial before our creative team start to develop ideas and treatments.
Armed with a shared vision of what the promotional film must achieve and who we are targeting, our creative and production teams can start bringing the video to life. From script development and storyboarding, to the shoot itself, post production, editing, animation and colour grading. We understand that video is a powerful expression of your brand – and so work carefully to reflect and convey your core values and identity on screen.
Unlike other forms of video marketing, testimonial video present genuinely independent feedback and praise for your company’s products and services, helping you to build real trust and confidence in your brand. It’s always best to work with a client or customer who is confident speaking in front of a camera but still comes across natural and happy with service/product you provided.
Capturing A Geniune Testimonial
When planning a testimonial video it’s always best to avoid the temptation to fall back on a script as this will probably come through in the interviewee’s responses, eroding any sense of authenticity you are trying to create. Instead, our producers will sit down with you and prepare a series of questions and message prompts that can be shown to the interviewee beforehand as a memory aid. This will also help to avoid undeveloped or disjointed answers.
It’s important that your testimonial film isn’t just one long interview or series of interviews. Our creative team will bring their own creative expertise, applying a variety of cutaways and effects to break up the testimonial and keep your audience engaged. The style you opt for will depend upon the nature of your industry, your brand identity and the environment we’re filming in.
It’s a technique that can really help add something new and unique to your video content
Are you looking to promote something that particularly lends itself to aerial filming? A building, natural landscape, or other specific location. Is there a particular activity associated with your brand that might lend itself to aerial filming? Cycling, running, walking, other sports and more.
